It has been busy and it is to be busier still as we get set to wrap and pack our STABLE scarves for Christmas gifting and ship around the world. We are delighted with the great sales of our STABLE 100% Irish Linen, Fine Wool and Handwoven Scarves thus far. We are getting such a kick out of the fact that people far and near are seeking us out to buy beautiful, luxurious STABLE Irish Linen, Fine Wool and Handwoven Scarves to wear or gift. They are gorgeous, cool, warm, rich, generous and unique. Many are limited edition, so when they are gone we won’t replace them. The particular favourites are the STABLE Handwoven Herringbones and the Snowstorm Fine Knits, all Irish, precious and rare. As luck would have it we got the most spectacular day to shoot our new STABLE ranges in the truly beautiful Fitzwilliam Square in Dublin. The sun shone, the light was golden warm, the colours epic and the mood of something really special kicking off was in the air. With 8 oh so STABLE models, our inspiring, talented friend & photographer Veronika Faustmann, a heap of our beautiful NEW STABLE Fine Knits, Herringbones and Linens, we could just feel we were going to produce some STABLE magic. Which is exactly what we did. We will be putting up our shots and new products over the next week so do come back to us and see.

STABLE are delighted to let you know we will be launching a new range of 100% Irish Linen Scarves to our product line. Playing with our love for Herringbone, these Linen scarves are woven with a herringbone pattern and will come in a number of great colours. We will be photographing them shortly and will put them up on the website soon. Watch this space.

STABLE has 2015 Christmas wrapped for this year with a very special new colour selection of truly unique, Irish handwoven Herringbone and limited edition 100% Irish Linen, and 100% Irish fine knit scarves. Generous, warm, luxurious and full of style, STABLE scarves are coveted and loved by their owners.

STABLE scarves are now being wrapped all over the world, New York, Lucca, Berlin, as far as inner Mongolia, and Schull! Being handwoven means that each STABLE scarf is an individual with it’s own uniquely different subtleties in the stitch, the flecks of colour that make up the whole. From start to finish each scarf will go through a 6 week journey. From weaving on a loom by hand to washing, to drying, to brushing and to final twist for fringing. it’s a long slow process but so worth the time. STABLE scarves are keepers. As we all deep down know, good things come to those who wait.

If you haven’t already had the pleasure, then we urge you to take a few hours out of your day and soak up the beauty and elegance of Pat Scott’s Retrospective now showing at both the Irish Museum of Modern Art Dublin and at VISUAL in Carlow. Both are not to be missed, as the chance to see Pat’s lifework all together will not come again for quite some time.
